SHIPPING

All orders are despatched from Melbourne, Australia using Australia Post.

To make things easy, Chi Chi offers a flat shipping rate and all prices are in Australian Dollars.

AUSTRALIAN AND N.Z. ORDERS

All orders are sent via Registered Post. Once your order is despatched you will receive a Track and Trace reference number so you can keep an eye on your order. All orders require signature upon delivery and if no one is home to accept the delivery, you will receive a card notifying you that your parcel will be kept at your local post office for you to collect.

Please allow 3-6 business days for delivery.

All International orders are despatched from Melbourne, Australia using International Registered Post with the flat rate prices listed below. Track and Trace is available to most countries and a signature is required for all deliveries. We do not provide shipping to International PO Boxes.

Please allow 5-15 business days for delivery.

For express delivery within 2-5 business days, all countries have the option of using Express Courier International for an additional fee. USA, Canada, UK and Sweden also have the option of using UPS. This option is available for selection at “check out”.

These delivery times are estimates only and International orders can be subject to delays due to customs clearance.

Please note that Nail Polish, Fragrances and Solarium in a Can are considered dangerous goods and require special handling. As such, we are required to comply with international airfreight guidelines for shipping. Please allow extra 5 – 20 business days, depending on your country for delivery on orders containing dangerous goods.

Of the 200+ countries we ship to, approximately 90% do not charge VAT, duties or additional charges for small packages entering the country, which means you will receive your package with no additional costs. We have done our best to keep freight charges to a minimum however there may be some foreign duties, taxes or fees that are applicable to you depending on your country and the value of your order. Please note these fees vary from country to country and are your responsibility. For more information regarding any additional charges that may apply, please contact your local customs authority.

RETURNS

Please choose your products carefully. For hygiene reasons, no returns or exchanges will be offered unless the product is proven faulty.

It is your responsibility to check the package before signing for delivery. Any discrepancy in the number of cartons received must be noted on the consignment upon receipt. The name of the person receiving the goods must be clearly legible at all times.

It is your responsibility to check the goods to the invoice within 72 hours of delivery.

Delicate items must be inspected upon arrival to ensure they are intact.

Any discrepancy, breakage, damage etc. must be notified to Chi Chi by e-mail at mailto:info@chichicosmetics.com within 72 hours of receipt, quoting invoice number, goods code, date and reason. Failure to do so may result in the claim not being recognized. Upon receipt of email, we will email you a Returns Form which must be completed and returned with the damaged item. Items must be returned with original packaging.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund original shipping charges and you will be responsible for the return shipping.

Once your refund or exchange has been processed, you will be notified via email. All exchanges will be processed within 14 days of receipt of goods and all refunds must be applied via original payment method.

We are unable to process refunds for purchases made from our retail partners. If the product is deemed faulty we will exchange your product. In this event you must supply the original proof of purchase and the damaged item with your Returns Form. All return shipping charges are your responsibility.
