his cosmetic girls go WOW! A little bit of this, a little bit of that and before he knew it, the girls

As with all good fairy tales one thing led to another and VOILA... Chi Chi cosmetics' first pastel matte nail polish range was born.
Meanwhile... across town a funky fashion stylist, Frank Nassiokas, noticed some dazzling new nail products and had a few fabulous ideas of his own. Combined they created the world of Chi Chi.
